Terms And Conditions

Order Placement:

• For U.S. Deliveries: Orders can be placed conveniently through our website or by phone.
• For International Deliveries: Please call 610-326-2000 to place your order.
• Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes – a physical address is required.

Payment Policy:

• Orders of $5,000 or Less: Payment can be made by credit card. The credit card billing address must match the delivery address. Canceled orders will result in an 8% cancellation fee.
• Orders Over $5,000: Payment must be made via wire transfer within one business day of placing your order. Failure to send payment will result in an 8% cancellation charge based on your order total.
• Orders Exceeding $20,000: These must be placed by phone with a Wealth Management Specialist for accuracy and personalized service.

Market Loss Policy:

• When placing an order, you must enter a valid credit card. This card will place a hold equivalent to 8% of your order total. Once payment is received via wire, the hold will be released. If payment is not received, the hold will be converted into a charge to cancel the trade.

Shipment and Delivery:

• An adult signature (21+ years of age) will be required at the time of delivery.
• Return shipping is the client’s responsibility in case of product exchange.

Return and Exchange Policy:

If a purchase does not meet its advertised condition, we will exchange the item for a similar product if available. To qualify for an exchange:

1. Notify us in writing within three (3) days of receiving your shipment at orders@StJosephPartners.com.
2. Specify the reason the product was not as expected.
3. We will reach out to address your concern.

• Confidentiality: No SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
• You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or contacting us directly.

• Precious metals are not guaranteed or value-insured and may lose value.
• All sales are final due to market fluctuations that may impact the price of your purchase.

Limitation of Liability:

St. Joseph Partners is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, civil unrest, war, natural disasters, dissolution of the financial system, or internet outages.
